1 General Terms & Conditions and Introduction

GGPoker (website: ggpoker.bar) is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between GGPoker and its users ("Members"). 6 Betting Rules

Certain fundamental rules must be followed when placing bets on GGPoker. These rules apply to all types of betting — sports, casino, and poker.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• GGPoker reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• For live betting, if the odds change, the last confirmed odds will apply.
• Bets that exceed the betting limit will not be accepted.
• GGPoker's decision on the outcome of any event is final.

Poker-Specific Rules

• Collusion and chip-dumping at poker tables are strictly prohibited.
• Using software or bots to play poker is strictly prohibited.
• Playing at multiple tables simultaneously is permitted, but suspicious activity will be investigated.

7 Prohibited Activities

GGPoker is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Attempting to commit fraud, hacking, or breaching the security of the platform.
• Playing with automated bots or software.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward other members.
• Deliberate attempts to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

GGPoker reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Members may also close their own accounts at their discretion.

Reasons for Account Closure by GGPoker

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If evidence of false information or fraudulent documents is found.
• In compliance with legal obligations or government directives.

Member-Initiated Account Closure Process

• Submit a request to the Support Team.
• Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.
• Please specify a time period when applying for self-exclusion.
